The saignée method is a traditional way of making rosé wine, by collecting the juice that runs naturally off a tank of red grapes.
Taste: Light pink, salmon colour. Precise and inviting nose. This is a solid, fleshy and perfumed rosé.
Serve with pasta, pizza, Asian dishes… and also with summer meals: grilled food, summer salads…
Serving temperature : 8-10ºC.
Cellaring : 2 years.
